Information you choose to share
You may provide your name, email address, business name, role, business stage, team size, priorities, and goals when you contact RSG or complete the Business Diagnostic. Please do not include sensitive personal information, account credentials, or confidential financial records.
The Business Diagnostic
The diagnostic keeps your answers in the current browser tab while you complete it. It does not save answers in cookies or browser storage. Closing, refreshing, or leaving the page clears your progress.
When the diagnostic prepares an email draft, your answers have not been sent to RSG. You decide whether to send them through your email provider. Downloaded summaries are saved to your own device. If direct submission is enabled, the final button is labeled “Submit Business Diagnostic” and sends the information to RSG; a receipt is shown only after the service confirms acceptance.
Career Diagnostic
The Career Diagnostic collects contact details, professional background, goals, job-search challenges, prior efforts, timing, and optional context. Answers stay in the current tab until you submit. Direct submissions are processed by Cloudflare and sent to RSG through Resend. RSG uses them to review your inquiry and discuss potential support. Resume uploads are not collected through this form.
Corner pilot interest form
The Corner coming-soon page embeds an RSG Google Form. Google hosts the form and captures the answers you submit; RSG uses them to understand your search and follow up when appropriate. Pilot contact and newsletter preferences are separate optional choices. Google may process technical information while displaying the embedded form. Its own privacy practices apply. You can also open the form directly in a new tab.
Corner accounts and career support
Corner collects your verified email address, profile preferences, optional job-search context, uploaded résumés, review requests and replies, and application updates you report. Education is optional. Please do not upload identity documents, account passwords, or unrelated sensitive records.
Cloudflare D1 stores account and workflow information; private Cloudflare R2 storage holds résumé files. Authorized RSG staff use this information to provide career support. Internal review notes are restricted to staff. Reviewed files become available to you after staff releases them. Resend delivers email sign-in codes. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to twelve hours.
Corner does not connect to your LinkedIn or Indeed account, automatically submit applications, or automatically send uploaded résumés to an AI provider. Application stages come from your updates. Sign-in requests have rate limits, and security records include action timestamps. Direct visits to Corner portal pages do not initialize Google Analytics, and RSG’s custom analytics events exclude those pages.
Contact grow@rsggrowth.com to request an export, correction, or deletion of your account and uploaded files. RSG handles these requests manually. Account and support records remain stored until RSG deletes them; sign-in codes expire after ten minutes. A fixed account-retention period has not yet been established.
Client feedback and publication
Private review invitations use random, expiring, single-use links. Treat your link as private. Invitation token hashes and feedback are stored in Cloudflare D1. Feedback includes a rating, your original written responses, optional outcome, chosen public identity, optional title and industry, publication consent, and moderation timestamps. No email address or phone number is requested in the review form.
Feedback begins as pending. Only feedback with affirmative publication permission and RSG approval may appear publicly. You may submit private feedback without giving that permission. Approved feedback may show your chosen first name and last initial, first name only, or Anonymous, plus any optional public details you supplied. Contact grow@rsggrowth.com to request withdrawal or deletion. Reviews are not independently verified by a third party.
Direct visits to review pages do not initialize Google Analytics. RSG’s custom events exclude review pages, private tokens, and feedback. Hosting infrastructure may process request metadata for security. RSG restricts review administration to an authenticated operator; retention and deletion requests are handled by RSG.
How inquiry information is used
Information you send to RSG is used to understand your inquiry, respond to you, and discuss whether RSG’s services may be appropriate. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to receive a marketing newsletter.
Service providers and website data
Hosting, security, and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and email metadata to deliver their services. Your email provider’s own terms and privacy practices apply when you send an email.
Website analytics
RSG uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, referral and campaign sources, and interactions such as diagnostic steps, contact-link clicks, visibility of public marketing sections, and clicks to explore services, the founder story, or pilot interest. Visibility is a limited engagement signal, not proof that a section was read. These events use predefined labels and a copy-version label; they do not capture session recordings, typed text, or form answers. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about your browser and device. RSG does not send diagnostic answers, names, email addresses, business names, or other inquiry details in its analytics events. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the website tag. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Access, retention, and security
Inquiry information should be limited to what is needed to respond and manage the relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact RSG if you have questions about access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided.
Links and changes
Other websites have their own privacy practices. This policy may be updated as RSG’s services or website features change.
